1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must have its original tags, packaging, and receipts.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Note: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Steps to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation along with return instructions. - Ship the Item:
Ship the item to our return address (shared upon approval). Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method or store credit (if requested).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product)
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or item replacements.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The new item will be dispatched once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products marked as “Final Sale.”
- Damaged items caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification and you will only be charged the shipping fee.

- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
